Please come prepared with inspiration photos, if applicable, and allow enough time for your scheduled service. Your appointment is only secured once you receive a confirmation text or email. • Please send inspiration photos before your appointment to ensure proper scheduling and pricing. • Please arrive on time. Clients over 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Clients 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee if the appointment can still be accommodated. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit deposits. • Remaining balances are due at the end of your service. • Cash, card, and electronic payments are accepted. • No extra guests unless approved beforehand due to limited space. • Children should only attend appointments if they are being serviced. • If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment. • Repairs must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. • Soak-offs and foreign work must be booked in advance. • Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. Cancellation Policy

A 24hr notice is required for any cancellations. Deposites are non-transferable to another appointment. Deposites are only refunded if I cancel. Your card will be charged 50% of the service you booked. If I am unable to charge your card. You will be banned from booking until the 50% is paid.
